CST has now filed Motion to BC Court of Appeal

Notice of MOTION for LEAVE TO APPEAL the ORDERS of the BCUC re BC Hydro's Smart Meters and Grid

David Aaron, lawyer for Citizens for Safe Technology Society, has now filed Motion to BC Court of Appeal regarding the wireless function of the smart meters and grid, and this will be heard by the BC Court of Appeal on October 18, 2012.

The public may attend to hear the appeal: at 800 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2012.
