"International" and "Canadian" News and Developments offer breaking news, current events and links to information that will keep you up-to-date about the issue of wireless technologies. Look for a variety of formats: videos, editorials and articles, current research studies and discoveries, and useful insights regarding the wireless controversy.  Many are duplicated elsewhere within our website, under specific headings.

"Alerts and Updates" contains informational action announcements.  These "short snappers" will be here and gone, usually within a one or two week period.

Cell Phone Right to Know Act - Kucinich to U.S. Congress

Draft Bill 6358 (Dennis Kucinich introduces cell phone bill)

To examine, label, and communicate adverse human biological effects associated with exposure to electromagnetic fields from cell phones and other wireless devices, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. This Act may be cited as the ''Cell Phone Right to Know Act''.

The Director and the Administrator, acting jointly, shall conduct or support a comprehensive research program to determine whether exposure to electromagnetic fields from mobile communicationdevices causes adverse biological effects in humans, including especially vulnerable subpopulations such as children, pregnant women, those with compromised immune systems and hypersensitivity reactions, men and women of reproductive age, and the elderly.
